To Use:

1. Fill the bottle with cool or lukewarm water
   For more soothing relief, add the Bare Mum all-natural Sitz Bath to the water (available separately)
   
   
2. Extend the nozzle firmly and screw the cap on securely
   Invert the bottle and aim the tip towards the affected area
   
   
3. Gently squeeze the bottle to start spraying water
