To Use:

• Fill the bottle with cool or lukewarm water
  For additional soothing relief, a sitz bath soak (available separately) may also be added
• Extend the telescopic nozzle fully and securely attach the lid
• Invert the bottle and position the angled nozzle towards the area you wish to cleanse
• Gently squeeze the bottle to release a steady stream of water
• Continue rinsing until the area feels clean and comfortable
• Pat the area dry with a soft, clean towel if needed

Care:

• Empty the bottle completely after each use
• Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water
• Rinse well and allow all parts to air dry before storing
• Retract the nozzle and store in a clean, dry place or travel pouch
