Hegen Breast Pump Flanges

The Hegen Manual Breast Pump features SoftSqround™ flanges that have a unique sqround™ shape, allowing you to adjust angles and find the best personal fit.

A breast pump flange is the funnel-shaped piece that fits over the nipple and areola during pumping. It creates a seal around the breast, allowing the pump to extract milk effectively. Choosing the correct flange size is essential to ensure proper milk flow and prevent discomfort or nipple damage.

The Hegen SoftSqround™ flanges are made of soft silicone for best adhesion to skin, with the unique flange design making pumping gentler on the nipple, without any tugging during expression.

The Hegen Manual Breast Pump comes equipped with a 22mm flange by default.

Additional flanges, compatible with the Hegen Manual Breast Pump, are available separately as a pair. 

Choose a pair of flanges in sizes 2 x 19mm, 2 x 25mm, 2 x 28mm, 2 x 31mm

To help you determine the correct flange size:

1. Measure your nipple
   Using a ruler, measure the nipple size at its base (see video below for more details)
   
   
2. Add 4mm to your nipple measurement
   To allow for comfortable movement and prevent nipple rubbing
   
   
3. Choose the closest flange size

Compare your adjusted measurement to the available flange sizes and select the one that is closest in size.
