Suitability:

How to use:

Mix one sachet (8g) into 250-600mL of cold water

  Contains bioavailable folate (50µg per serve, 25% RDI). Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue
