Ninja Mama Instant Perineal Ice Packs

These instant Perineal Ice packs have a built in absorbent pad, to provide soothing and cooling postpartum relief.

Easy to use, without needing to freeze, the soft and absorbent perineal cold pack stays cold for the doctor recommended 20 minute window for ice therapy, in the postpartum perineal area or on the C-section scar.

To Use:

• Fold the pad in half until you hear a soft 'pop' of the water capsule and give it a good shake to mix the granules with the newly released water then unwrap the pad
• Remove the adhesive strip and attach to your underwear

Note - if the product does not activate by folding in half, it could be the water bubble has moved from the centre - feel for the water bubble in the pad and fold or squeeze the pad in that spot, to release the water to mix with the granules
